Why we built this
As a vacation rental host, you know the struggle: you need one tool to manage bookings and operations, and another to give your guests a great experience. PMS tools handle calendars and bookings but forget about the guest. Guidebook tools create beautiful guides but can't manage a single reservation.
We thought that was absurd. So we built hejGuide — one platform that does both. Bookings, guest experience, and operations — together, in one tool that actually makes sense for independent hosts.
How we work: built in the open
hejGuide is built by a small, independent team — which means no layers between you and the product. Every release lands in the public changelog: what shipped, what got fixed, what's next. If something is not live yet, the site says so — we'd rather under-promise than quietly oversell.
That goes for social proof too: you won't find invented testimonials or stock five-star quotes here. When we publish host stories, they'll be real hosts with real names. Until then, judge us by our shipping pace and by the product itself — the live demo is open to everyone.
